What is BestU’s philosophy?
There aren’t enough good alternatives to prepare for adulthood and a career. BestU leads, teaches, and models how each person can become the best version of themselves. Everyone is unique and should be treated differently. If a person becomes aware of who they are, only then can they begin becoming their BestU. Ultimately, the goal is to lead each student to become a responsible, self-sufficient, contributing individual.

What are the requirements to apply and be accepted into BestU? Ideally, an applicant will be at least 16 years old and have a completed or nearing completion of high school, homeschool or GED equivalent. Applicants must complete the application process including an evaluative interview, and most importantly a genuine motivation to become the BestU. Just as college isn’t for everyone, BestU isn’t for everyone.

Why choose BestU over other options?

BestU students receive key life-skills training and practice, practical experience working/interning with companies, hands-on projects demonstrating their skills and knowledge. Individuals finish BestU focused, articulate, and motivated to start or restart their career.
